Before you hit the road it’s a good idea to do a quick safety check to make sure everything is in working order before taking off. Whether you’re circumnavigating the coast of New Zealand or just driving over the kaimai’s between the Bay of Plenty and Waikato it’s a great practice to take a few minutes for a safety check. This will ensure the safety of your passengers and protect your car. This infographic outlines a few key points to go over before you hit the road.

If you find further mechanical problems on your safety check get a car mechanic’s opinion on the problem before it eventuates into a bigger problem. If it’s anything to do with tyres we’re always happy to help out just pop into one of our Northland stores and have a chat with the team.
